Lastest Dior Design – A Christmas Tree

As the rest of the world holds its collective breath as the Holiday Season approaches, there seems one magical spot blissfully unaffected by the dreary clouds of doubt. The prolific dramatist and lover of the art of costume, designer John Galliano has been chosen to dress yet another model: the Christmas Tree for the posh London Hotel; Claridges. Mr. Galliano’s most recently noted stage production efforts went into the fabulous Paris Fashion Week shows. His sets left spectators breathless. Ever pushing the edges of the design and hungry for new canvas, the lobby at the venerable old Hotel will be graced with as spectacular a tree as is befitting the Christian Dior (John Galliano) name. A sketch obtained from Women’s Wear Daily, Photo by Courtesy Photo, will conjure up your imaginations. Just released are more descriptions of the actual tree being constructed, as we speak, to include: crystals instead pine needles. One can only picture the baubles! The tree is set to be unveiled to the public when it’s illuminated on December 1. Get your fans, darlings, we shall surely be out of breath!
